This is a Portable light weight and versatile combination charger/desktop power supply. The design is ideal for various applications in the rechargeable market including portable radios, emergency medical equipment, professional video cameras and power tools. It uses a microprocessor design which could be easily programed to charge Lead Acid, NiCad, and NiMH batteries, as well as more exotic battery chemistries. This compact design is self contained. This implementation provides a full charge in less than 30 minutes.

Meets FCC Class B, Part 15 requirements
Universal input voltage (84 to 264 VAC)

Form factor can be designed to OEM requirements

Following is a custom modification of this technology for an OEM application:

Input Voltage: 84 to 275 V AC or DC; DC to 500 Hz
Output Voltage: 12 VDC standard, otherwise per customer requirement
Output Current Regulation: 2.7 A Max (with current limiter)
Termination method -deltaV, delta T/ delta t, peak detect, or timer
Dimensions 5" x 3" x 1.5" (12.7 cm x 7.6 cm x 3.8 cm)
