watts and 150 watts. |

.These are regulated switching power converters (switchmode), designed to allow the use
of 12 volt equipment in 24 volt vehicles. This is a modification of our popular PST-D24/12-100 and PST-D24/12-150 by adding
male and female cigarette lighter adapters to make it more convenient for pilots, truck drivers, fork lift drivers, heavy
equipment operators and soldiers to use 12 volt equipment in 24 to 28 volt vehicles and airplaines. .
To determine the
amperage you would need add up the watts of all the equipment and divide by 13.8 volts. These DC/DC converters are available
for retail, commercial, and wholesale sales, and can be custom modified to put out other voltages.
These are also known
as 24 volt voltage reducers, and voltage regulators. These DC/DC voltage reducing converters are suitable for running
electronics, such as radios, CD players, computers, and CB radios. They are NOT usually suitable for headlights, motors,
solenoids, or other electromechanical devices unless they are protected from inductive kickback and motor noise, and the
current is rated for the inrush, stall, or locked rotor current of the load.
These DC to DC converters also come in higher powers and in
permanent installation configurations.
