This is a highly regulated, advanced
algorithm battery charger which will work with 7-cell, 8-cell, 9-cell, and 10-cell nickel
cadmium and nickel metal hydride battery packs. These wall-mount chargers have a universal AC
input and so can be used in any country in the world, though they have the USA two-prong AC
input.
