These NiCad and/or NiMH chargers automatically sense the cell count from 10 to 11 cells and charges them at currents between 2 and 3 amps. It uses an advanced -delta V algorithm which accurately charges the pack without the need of a thermistor.

Trickle charge rate	After the bulk charge is completed a 50-60 mA trickle charge is applied to balance the cells, it is shut off only when the power or battery pack are disconnected.
