Custom injection molded potting shellsSometimes you need a better potting shell. PowerStream's low cost injection mold technology makes it possible to make even low quantities of custom potting shells inexpensively. Shown below are three examples. The top one is designed for the potted circuit to be mounted outdoors on a pole. The other two are used in our vehicle UPS products. | Material: Potting boxes can be made from a variety of
polymers. The three above use ABS or engineering grade co-polymer. Options
include potting material compatibilities, solar tolerance, solvent resistance
and exposure to lubricants. Material types, colors, and textures are all
possible. We have a materials scientist on staff and he knows where to get the
